Please check your base url.
If you are using API integration
• Use staging.dinger.asia/payment-gateway-uat/ in staging
• Use form.dinger.asia in production
If you are using Prebuilt Checkout API
• Use prebuilt.dinger.asia in staging
• Use form.dinger.asia in production
• Please check APl key
API key should be 34 bits long (examples: 282lyt....)
• Please check encryption method (RSA encryption)
• Key for encryption may be wrong
Key for encryption is not the same with public key. It should be the same as “Key for
encryption" provided by documentation.
php version should be 7.4 be careful with updating WP core.
Check clientID, merchantName or projectName.
Check total amount again.
amount may be less than or more than limit.
(minimum 500 MMK, maximum 999999999 MMK)
